Witnessing the formation of UK bass music as it morphed from breakbeat/jungle to garage/grime/hip hop and dubstep Mike, Dan, Jack (the backbone of SOMEnight) were inspired by the chance to showcase they’re favourite acts and give the up and coming new breed of DJs/Producers a chance to tear up the dancefloor.

This week we’ve got a mix from an up and coming star in the Dubstep scene, Kito is a producer from one of the most isolated cities on the planet, Perth, Australia is home to a growing Dubstep scene and thriving Dnb community that you brought you the likes of Pendulum. Recently relocated to London and currently touring through Europe you can catch her unique take on Dubstep on the 23rd of April at Deadly Rhythm @ The Legion in London.
For those of you not in the know prepare to be shocked and amazed! This coming Friday 2nd of April for the Easter long weekend the Coronet is holding the launch party for one of the biggest festivals of the year. In fact it’s the only festival that that specifically belts out our favourite Dubstep, Hip Hop and Big Bass music tunes along the beautiful beaches of Croatia. In 2010 the festival will grace Punta christo, an abandoned fort used in the eighteen hundreds with stages build around dugeons, and old ruins its going to experience to remember for the rest of your days.

In the build up to festival season this coming wednesday Fabric London is hosting some of Californian label Brainfeeder’s best artists (and a few UK ones to top it off) . The Line up is huge and I hope to see you all down there. Here’s a few mixes to hype you up for your next midweek explosion.
